Bring a Trailer Daily Mail

These two 1949 Dodge B-series Carryall woodies supposedly served as school buses, but by the looks of things were retired long ago and left to rot in storage. The seller doesn?t provide any info apart from stating the obvious and calling them unrestored, but from what we can make out, they seem to be mostly intact apart from disintegrating wood. A similar 4x4 Dodge was one of our favorites at the Wavecrest Woodie show in San Diego a couple years ago, which we featured here. Find them both here at The Guild of Automotive Restorers in Ontario, Canada for $12,000 for the pair.

This 1957 Lotus Eleven (Chassis 256) is said to be one of the 91 examples built to LeMans-spec trim, and was completely disassembled for a cosmetic restoration by RaceCraft, whose work we have featured here many times before. The original factory build card indicates the car is a genuine example, while details like the de Dion rear suspension and inboard Girling disc brakes give it away as well. The car has been professionally maintained, and the seller indicates the car is completely fresh and ready for the track. Find this one here on eBay in Woodinville, Washington with reserve unmet.

Bring a Trailer Daily Mail

This 1967 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint 1600 GT Veloce appears to be in beautiful condition, and is easily one of the nicest (if not the nicest) stepnose we?ve ever seen. Gray paint over a red interior is a very attractive color combination, and the latter is said to remain original?very impressive considering how well preserved it appears to be. In addition to top-notch cosmetics the car is also said to have received a full mechanical restoration in the past four years. Find it here at VSOC in Sassenheim, Netherlands for 45,000 euros (~$61,880 today). We've had great luck shopping Alfas in the Netherlands. We recommend it!

Mecum auctions are always large with vehicles numbering in the hundreds, and though not the most selective, there are always good cars to be found by digging into the catalogs. Scrolling through all 33 pages of their upcoming Houston sale, we encountered a lot of muscle cars wearing large billet wheels, fiberglass hotrods, and C6?s rebodied to look like Sting Rays, but we?ve saved you the task and featured four of their very best offerings below. Find the full catalog here, with the sale itself scheduled for April 8th through the 9th in Houston, Texas.

This 1970 Porsche 911T looks like a solid driver and is said to perform very well with a non-matching 2.2L. The rally theme is close but has too many colors, so we'd delete the lower fog lights, add all clear lenses, swap in white rocker stripes, and upholster the seat inserts in all black for a more cohesive look. We like the steelies and slightly lowered stance, and think this one would make a great road event car for those who want to drive instead of just speculate. Find it here on eBay in Phoenix, Arizona.
