There is plenty of Celica in the rear 3/4 design, and the front has some Datsun lines, but overall it comes together quite well and looks great in orange. It is said to have a 2.0L 4-cylinder and with Watanabes instead of these gold mesh wheels it would be a great looking event car. Click here to read more...   Rare Black Plate Saloon: 1960 Riley One Point Five This 1960 Riley One Point Five saloon is an unusual sight in North America, and is the same model seen on track at the Goodwood Revival in the hands of Derek Hill and David Swig two weeks ago (video below!). The early black plates indicate that the car has likely been in California since new, and we'd love to give this one a supercharged MGB powerplant and a 5-speed transmission conversion. Rare Bull-Nose: 1962 Saab 96 This 1962 Saab 96 sedan is one of the few we have seen on offer with the cool looking early bull-nose front end. We like the way these look better than the later 96s, and this one is said to come from a collectors estate. I've been getting the email for quite some time and have been trying to pick up something interesting but have never been able to beat out the hoards of other readers. I couldn't be happier about that though, because when you listed this I literally spit out my coffee in the pit area of a SOLO event I was at that Sunday. I should start by saying that my first car was a red 240DL wagon and always had dreams of shoehorning something more fun in that giant engine bay. Which brings me to this car. Between the description, the pictures, and the comments it appeared to be a well thought out and executed conversion, and in person it certainly is. I drove the car back to Savannah yesterday and over 350+ miles it ran without complaint as I sat in air-conditioned comfort, which is far more than I could have ever said for my old 240! Holland Hale at Atlantic Auto Exchange was fantastic to work with and he has some other very interesting cars including a racing M3 roller and an incredibly original looking 240Z....
