Superleggera: Aston Martin DB5 Fiberglass Replica Shell
This Aston Martin DB5 replica consists of little more than a fiberglass shell with doors and engine/trunk lids, but quality looks to be very good, and it’s fun to imagine it being used for something a bit more dynamic than a piece of wall art in a large garage–does anyone with tube frame fabrication skills have a spare Jag XK six lying around? Find it here on eBay in London, England with a 14k GBP (~$18,500 USD today) BIN.
Complete Second Year Project: 1956 Ford Thunderbird
This 1956 Ford Thunderbird (chassis P6FH266630) is fresh from nearly 45 years spent indoors, and as such will require restoration. The car looks very complete however, including a factory hardtop, and the seller says its all original as well. Find it here on Craigslist in Fredonia, New York for $12k. Special thanks to BaT reader Mike P. for this submission.
Clean V6: 1988 Toyota 4×4 Pick-Up
This 1988 Toyota 4×4 pick-up is on offer by the original owner who says it’s been a Washington State truck since new. The truck’s extraordinarily good condition appears to offer strong support for claims of just 49k miles, and its color, 5-speed, and short bed are all excellent options. Find it here on Craigslist in Puyallup, Washington for $9,800. Special thanks to BaT reader Glen A. for this submission.
Matching-Numbers L79/4-Speed: 1965 Chevrolet Corvette
This 1965 Chevrolet Corvette is described as a matching-numbers 327/350 HP 4-speed example wearing correct colors over an original interior. The seller claims to have owned many old Vettes, adding that this is the best driving mid-year by far. Cosmetics could use some refreshing, but aren’t bad at all as-is, and we like that the seller insists that it be driven rather than stored in an inflatable bubble. Find it here on Craigslist near San Diego, California for $39,500.
