"Thx for all the kudos but, I dunno. In thirty-five years of talking to hundreds of families I met lousy parents who'd turned out great kids and great parents who'd turned out lousy kids. So the prospect of having kids was always kinda crap-shooty to me and I was never much of a gambler. I've just been so grateful that the Redhead and I won the Kid Lottery, blessed beyond anything by the peace of mind that if we dropped tomorrow, like the Who said, the kids are alright.
