Yamaha Power: Super Clean 1990 Ford Taurus SHO This 1990 Ford Taurus SHO (chassis 1FACP54Y8LA214809) is said to have just under 64k miles from new and looks to be in fantastic shape. Admittedly a Taurus doesn't sound like much fun, but these were really all about that fabulous all alloy, quad cam, 24 valve Yamaha V6. Handling was decent too, especially for a sports sedan built in America at the time. Black is arguably the best color for the model, and these early, pre-facelift cars are getting very scarce. It's a bit shabby cosmetically but sounds pretty well-built and sorted?it's said to be daily driven and to have accumulated 15k trouble-free miles since completion. Silver over Cardinal Red leather is among the best E28 OEM color combos, and with a re-spray this one could be an absolutely killer sleeper sedan. The only other V8-swapped E28 we featured sat on the market at $25k+ for some time. Out here in California we see these on the streets and at shows from time to time, but they're almost never anywhere near as nice as this example.
