Bring a Trailer Daily Mail

This 1988 Toyota Land Cruiser (VIN JT3FJ62G1J0087692) has been thoroughly upgraded with air lockers, bigger front brakes, OME lift kit, Warn winch and much more. Most impressive is a swapped 5.3L v8 and matching automatic pulled from a low mile 2004 Chevy pick-up, and both its interior and paint have been redone to what look very good standards. Find it here on eBay in Canby, Oregon.

This 1966 Mercedes Benz 250SE remained with its original owner until 2000, after which who's described as a Master MB tech bought the car and set out on a full restoration. Now completely refinished and in what looks and sounds to be excellent condition, it runs a 4.5L MB V8 from a '75 450SLC and is said to offer hugely improved power and with high levels of refinement. Find it here on eBay in Los Angeles, California with reserve not met. Special thanks to BaT reader Jim C. for this submission.

Bring a Trailer Daily Mail

This just in from the seller of the 1972 Lamborghini Espada project that was sold via a BaT Auction in April (link):

"BaT,
I am very pleased to say that I found a great automotive partner in BaT and it's staff. Recently we posted, and successfully sold a 1972 Lamborghini Espada Series II. From inception, the submission steps were simple and efficient, the BaT team was both knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process.

Our interaction with the buyer was smooth and successful even though he is overseas. I highly recommend BaT, and will continue do business with this great team.

Marcelo A."

Here are the 50 photos that Marcelo sent us showing the removal of the car from his back lot (Flickr link). Thanks, Marcelo! -BaT

This 1978 Cadillac Deville was converted new by Hess & Eisenhardt and is said to be one of around 300 so-called Le Cabriolets built. The car almost appears to be a period GM factory product, especially with the top up as seen below. Find it here on Craigslist in Los Angeles, California for $19,900 as well as here on eBay with more photos and reserve not met.

This 1967 Lancia Flavia Zagato (chassis 815532001468) is offered as a restoration project, and though rusty and rough around the edges, the seller says that it's also running and driveable as-is. These low-production Zagato-built aluminum coupes are definitely odd, but in person they have a Space Age concept-for-the-road kind of feel that's actually quite endearing. Find this one here at Joop Stolze in De Lier, Netherlans for 18,750 euros (~$21k today) Special thanks to BaT reader Kyle K. for this submission.
