If you've spent any time on BaT you know that we have always wanted an Alfa Romeo step-nose GT, but have never owned one. Our patient search in the USA hasn't yielded anything, but after hours of searching internationally we have finally found one in Europe. The car is in the Netherlands, and instead of just ship it home to the USA, we have decided to go pick it up ourselves and log some miles on European roads, and possibly tracks. We are writing this post from the Netherlands, where we have just picked up the car. Just to make things totally absurd, we have decided to also try to hit three race tracks in three countries during our visit here. The first was Goodwood, where we just visited the Revival for the last two days. Our first update installment is here on here on AutoWeek.com and and an additional story will be in an upcoming AutoWeek magazine.
We'll be posting daily updates to the AutoWeek site, which you can also follow via their daily email, one of the few car email feeds that we find really excellent, especially for their focus on motorsport.
