This 1968 Datsun SPL311 Roadster and its seller are well-known in the NorCal road rally scene, and they are veterans of both the California Melee and Snowball Rallies. The car was built in 2009 and is modified with the preferable 1967 dashboard and a 1994 240SX KA24DE fuel-injected twin-cam engine. It also features a fully sorted suspension and had new paint in 2011. This roadster and the current seller made an amesome pass, overtaking our Alfa Romeo on the Melee some years back... a move which we very much remember to this day. This car is very capable, and the seller says it handles amazingly. It is available in Angels Camp, California for $12k. Click here to read more... |
This 1969 Saab Sonett V4 is said to have been a championship-winning ice racer in a former life, and has apparently been sitting idle since retirement in 1990. It's very rough, but looks and sounds pretty complete - a large cache of spares including two engines and a spare body in parts are included. It won't be a small job to restore to the glory shown in period black and white photos shown here, but it sounds like a very worthwhile endeavor. Find it here on eBay in Saginaw, Minnesota with no reserve. Click here to read more... |
This 1967 Fiat 600 race car employs Abarth components and specifications in the style of the 1000TC racers. The seller indicates that the fully-developed A112 Autobianchi short-block has been built to 1075cc, and the car has been run with SOVREN but remains street legal. Real ones are on offer for at least twice this price, so if your race group allows this car it could be a cheaper way to the starting grid. Find this one here on eBay in Eugene, Oregon for $37,450.
