This 1959 Porsche 356A Convertible D (chassis 86668) has been owned by the seller for 15 years. It was raced as far back as the 1960s according to the seller, who has been in touch with the owner from that time, and was modified in Speedster style with a genuine Speedster windshield frame and folding top and desirable Carrera-spec wide front drum brakes. The seller rebuilt the 912 engine currently in the car 10 years ago and has used it for both vintage racing and road driving ever since. The sale includes many spares including engines and wheels.
