This 1993 Porsche 968 Coupe (chassis WPOAA2961PS820655) is a very clean manual transmission example in factory Midnight Blue Metallic with medium grey leather interior, a very nice combination. The seller has $5k in receipts from the last two months and says that the car has never been in an accident and has a clean CarFax. The seller bought the car from Bob Kovacs who chronicled his ownership and upgrades to the car in seven issues of Excellence Magazine, which the seller offers with the sale. The car is offered as a great driver with lots of recent sorting and refreshing, but with some oil leaks and curb rash on the pretty 17-inch Cup wheels. It is now available in Denver, Colorado for $14,500. Click here to read more... |
This just in from the listing owner of the Seller Submitted 1967 Corvette featured here on BaT three weeks ago: "Hello,
My Corvette sold very quickly after the listing hit BaT. The Gentleman that bought was actually unaware of the listing but he was shocked to see how the eBay views had gone up from 1500 to 3700 in 24 hours. I had multiple inquires from all over the world. I do not know if they were BaT related but my guess was many of them were. I chose the guy I sold it to. Not for his offer because an offer came in higher, but because he was a good guy that will use it as it was intended and be a proper steward to it. He even says it will remain an unrestored car. Thanks Again,
Frank C.
PS: Please remember to email me any '88 M5s that are submitted." Thanks Frank! Congratulations on the successful sale! -BaT Click here to read more... |
This 1953 Volvo PV444 (chassis 35802) was delivered new in Stockholm, Sweden, and was exported to the US in 1985. Volvos this early were not officially imported to the USA by the manufacturer, to this one is a rarity. Prior to its arrival it was resprayed in the original black, and it must've been a good quality job as it still presents very well in photos. Mileage is given as 55k and is believed to be original. The little 1.4 B4B is original to the car, and overall it looks to be in beautiful condition. We love the early details like the split rear screen, pillar-mounted signals, and grille details. It also gets extra credit for the Snowball Rally decal in the windscreen! Find it here on eBay in San Francisco, California with a $14,500 BIN. Click here to read more... |
