Bring a Trailer Daily Mail

This 1971 Mercedes Benz 280SL (chassis 11304412023769) is said to have only one owner prior to the selling dealer. One of only 830 built that year, it's said to be largely rust free apart from a small spot underneath near a trailing arm. Said to drive well with presentable cosmetics, it looks like a good driver but won't be winning any concours - perfect for a new owner who actually likes to drive. We'd take the hubcaps and hardtop a contrasting blue to match the interior. Find it  here on Hemmings in Brook Park, Ohio for $49,500 OBO.

This Richard Zocchi customized 1962 Pontiac Grand Prix (chassis 962S3754) is a replica of the Gene Winfield built car Zocchi bought when it was new and freshly built. It's said to be exact in detail aside from the 2.5-inch chop, the original which can be seen here had an unaltered roof line. Prior to customization, the car was completely restored and now runs a rebuilt factory 389 and automatic. It's a stunning piece of craftsmanship and design that's available here at Specialty Sales Classics in Fairfield, California for $57,990, which is probably about the price of the paint job.

This one half scale 1969 McLaren M8 race kart is a custom one-off built by vintage race-prep shop Putsch Racing. It looks to be really well made and reasonably accurate to the Can-Am cars that are its inspiration. It might be too nice to race, but it's also too cool to sit static as an office display. Though no drivetrain details beyond four stroke are provided, it's likely no toy, as some of the faster two-stroke 125 CC karts are capable of over 100 MPH on long straights. Find it here on eBay in Dublin, Ohio for $12,500 OBO.
