BaT Exclusive: 1978 Lola T-620 Pro Super Vee This 1978 Lola Formula Vee (chassis HU-25) has been fully restored and prepared for vintage racing. The car has full log books since it was purchased new from Carl Haas Lola in 1978, and has SCCA Pro Super Vee and USAC mini Indy race history. The car is powered by an 1800cc water cooled VW block with Bertils head and 45 DCOE Weber carbs. Only 26 T-620 chassis were originally constructed, and 14 are believed to still exist, but few can claim the originality of this chassis. It is now available in Anaheim, California for $23,500. A period correct Pape 24' enclosed trailer is also available for a $27k package price. B9473614) is described as a restored example with a 289 V-8, though the original 260 is included in the sale as is an unrestored factory hardtop. The car appears to be quite clean and comes with documentation showing that it was originally purchased overseas via a military sales program.
