Mystery Racer: $4K 1959 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider w/ Period Trophies ​This 1959 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider (chassis 1495.00472) is listed as a "Pininfarina Race Car" in a brief description, but a search of the VIN in Luigi Fusi's book "Tutte le Vetture dal 1910" (All cars from 1910) reveals it may actually be a 750D Series 1956 Giulietta Spider. The car is said to have a tremendous race history, the seller photographing a large collection of trophies, badges, and emblems as evidence, and we'd love to dig in further and find out its real story.  Find it here on Craigslist in Putnam, Connecticut for $4k.
