This 1990 Range Rover County SWB is a clean example that has been very nicely upgraded. It was re-painted in its original color, and the gray steel wheels look great along with the ARB front bull bar. Find it here on eBay in Thousand Oaks, California with no reserve.

12/9/2012 Update: Almost a year later, this V8-swapped Mercedes Benz coupe remains available, and has had its price dropped a good amount. Deleted tint, OEM orange turn signals, and a set of color-matched Ronal Penta wheels would make this one really great. Find it here on Craigslist for $16k.
From 12/26/2011:
This 1983 Mercedes Benz 280CE has been given an V8 engine and transmission transplant from a 1984 500SEL. We love the concept, and the anthracite color and Euro lights and bumpers make it look sharp as well. Find it here on Craigslist in Bedford, Virginia for $19,900. Special thanks to BaT reader Micahel G. for this submission!

This 1969 Lotus Elan S4 sounds like a nice driver with a Spyder replacement chassis, freshened mechanicals and cosmetics, and most interestingly of all—a 16 valve, twin cam, Toyota 4AGE in place of the original Lotus motor. The factory engine is optionally available separately, and benefits from a recent, high performance build as well. As the seller points out though, the Toyota motor is very similar to a Cosworth BDA in dimensions, spec and build details and offers both better reliability and tuning potential, not to mention a similar sound and power delivery. Find the car here at New England Classics in Stratford, Connecticut for $27,500.
