This 1953 Mercedes Benz 300 (chassis 1860110135653) is a mostly complete but rusty project sold with a seized motor. These W186 chassis were MB's largest offerings at the time, and are frequenty called Adenauers after the German Chancellor who employed a fleet of six during his time in office. Restoration of this one will be a monumental undertaking, but we like to think it's worth more than parts even if pictures suggest the opposite. Find it here on eBay in West Memphis, Arkansas with no reserve. Special thanks to BaT reader Will T. for this submission!

This Porsche's year isn't mentioned, but we've seen it in person at Cars & Coffee, Irvine several times where it always impresses despite being parked among a dozen or more other nice longhoods. A partially homebuilt 911R tribute on offer by the recently passed builder's wife, we remember a chat in which he said that the fiberglass front fenders, hood and rear decklid were all his own work, and that the '82 SC-spec block based motor is good for about 300 HP—it sounded fantastic. Find it here on Pelican Parts, presumably in Southern California for $70k. Special thanks to BaT reader Mike P. for the submission!

This 1975 Chevrolet Cosworth Vega has had its Cossie head twin cam swapped out for an LS1 mated to what sounds to be the original 4-speed manual. Install work looks clean and well thought out, and we think it looks great with up-sized, 15" OEM style gold banana spoke wheels and nicely adjusted ride height. Unsurprisingly, the seller says it has significantly more torque than his old, factory-engined one. Find it here at Car Buffs in Concord, California for $21,950.
