BaT Auction #20: Now Open for Bidding! We are proud to report that for the first time (but not the last!) we saw every car sell in yesterday's auction. Spirited bidding was highlighted by several epic battles that were fun to watch. This week's round of submissions will take us into the holidays with bidding concluding on Christmas Eve. The 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback is a Shelby-inspired build wearing its original California black plate. A 2001 BMW M3 E46 Coupe is a sleeper hotrod with just under 17,000 original miles and equipped with Dinan performance mods. The 1958 MGA Twin Cam is a nice driver with correct Orient Red paint and its original engine. A 1987 Toyota Corolla GTS is a rarely seen bone-stock example of Toyota's iconic AE86 sports car. The 1978 Land Rover 88 was recently imported from Europe and is a cool work truck. A 1963 Sunbeam Alpine is a restored black-plate Series 3 model. The 1963 Willys Jeep Forward Control is a nicely restored example that was under long-term ownership from new. Click here to read more...   Turbodiesel Swap: Cummins Powered 1974 Dodge D-Series 4X4 This 1974 Dodge Adventurer Sport 4x4 pick-up is fresh from a recent body-off restoration which included installation of a 1992 Cummins turbodiesel and matching automatic trans. These third generation D-series are among our favorite old American trucks, and this one looks great with high trim level two tone, a reasonable lift and matching white steelies with 33" tires.
