Neglected in SoCal: 1984 Renault Alpine A310 V6 This 1984 Renault Alpine A310 is said to be California registered and to have a rebuilt engine, but needs cosmetics and looks like the black tarp was pulled off moments before the photos were taken. The sunset plates indicate that the car has likely been in California since nearly new, but it is not said when it last was driven or stickered. Three were made, and this red car is the only one we've ever seen on offer. Interestingly, someone claiming to own both of the others left a comment on the feature in 2012. From 9/21/2011: We were just tipped off that this 1963 Hillman Imp, said to be one of three Zagato bodied examples, is set to be auctioned off in just a few hours in the UK. The listing claims that the car belonged to the same owner since 1978 who restored the car, and that neither of the other two built are roadworthy (though this white one looks to be).
