Bring a Trailer Daily Mail

This week's BaT auction features plenty of variety with ten cars from six countries of origin spanning half a century.

The 1994 Dodge Viper RT/10 is a kickass first generation example in black with just 14k original miles. A 1959 MGA Twin Cam was restored by a marque specialist and is one of 2100 of the performance model ever produced. The 2002 BMW M5 is a 47k-mile E39 model in great colors with extensive service history from new. A 1973 Westfield Lotus Eleven Twin Cam is a well-executed street and track machine with many tasteful upgrades. The 1964 Jaguar Mk2 has been restored and features a desirable factory 4-speed with overdrive. A 1967 Pontiac Grand Prix Convertible is a well-optioned one-year only model that was restored by its previous owner. The 1968 Datsun 2000 Fairlady Roadster is an honest driver still wearing its original black license plates. A 1961 Volvo 544 Sport is a reliable driver benefitting from extensive recent maintenance. The 1982 BMW 635CSI is a Euro model with factory 5-speed finished in attractive Delphin Gray. Finally, a 1986 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce is a rust-free car being sold without reserve.

This 1985 Renault RE60 (chassis RE60/04) comes from F1's original turbo era, a time remembered for some of the sport's most exciting racing. An actual race car rather than a test chassis as many secondhand Formula One cars seem to be, this one is said to have been driven by Patrick Tambay with two third-place finishes—one at Estoril and another at San Marino. Its 1.5 liter V6 remains installed but will need some missing internal components and a rebuild to run again. Find it here at Legends Automotive in Bicester, England for 140k GBP (~$210k today).

This 1927 Buick-engined special is a modern-built car using all period-correct parts like a modified 1923 Cadillac frame, 1918 White truck suspension, 1923 Lincoln wheels and so on. Said to run cool, drive very well and keep up with freeway traffic, the car sounds well-sorted and is probably pretty quick with 77 HP, lots of low-down torque and virtually no bodywork to speak of. We think it's a ton of cool for the modest asking price. Find it here on Craigslist in Portland, Oregon for $11,900 OBO. Special thanks to BaT reader Jason S. for this submission!
