This 1962 Facel Vega Facellia (chassis F2A458) is said to be one of 80 built and only 20 recorded US-spec models. Hand-built in France, they were expensive cars new, the seller quoting a sticker of $3,995--$75 more expensive than a contemporary Porsche 356. Recently restored with fresh paint and interior fittings, the car features a Volvo B20 in place of its original, troublesome Pont-à-Mousson motor and is said to run and drive very well. Find it here on Craigslist in Monrovia, California for $39,995. Special thanks to BaT reader Cesar R. for this submission!

It appears to be in excellent condition, though is claimed to be unrestored and all-original. Sold with a binder full of documentation, we think it'd make a fun vintage hillclimb machine or small-capacity class circuit racer. Find it here on eBay in Lansdale, Pennsylvania for $25k OBO.
Click here to read more... | This 1959 Hagemann-Sutton special was built after succesful Northern Californian Austin-Healey racer Wally Taylor decided it was time to move onto something faster. A subsequent visit to Scarab's SoCal manufacturing plant ended when Taylor was refused a customer car due to changing company priorities. Disappointed but inspired, Taylor commissioned the build of the Scarab-style car that you see here. Only completed in the past 10 years, the car sat unfinished for decades and is now eligible for a wide variety of vintage race events including the Monterey Historics where it clinched second place in 2013. Find it here at Fantasy Junction in Emeryville, California for $650k. Special thanks to BaT reader Kyle K. for this submission!
