This 1937 Chevrolet Standard is a rare Holden-assembled, RHD car with Australian market-only "Sloper" bodywork. Research shows that Holden assembled about 9,000 total Slopers over a four or five year period, all of which were based on Buick, Pontiac, Olds, Vauxhall and Chevy underpinnings. This one's fresh out of a 40 year-long museum exhibit in Texas and would cause some serious head-scratching among Chevy experts in the US. This 1950 Studebaker Starlight Coupe is a street-legal salt flats racer running a 1981 Isuzu turbodiesel four cylinder, Ford C6 3-speed automatic and a Gear Vendors overdrive unit. It's a bit of a mongrel but looks great and would be wonderfully bizarre to drive on the street. Last run in 2013, no trap speeds are mentioned but we bet its 175 MPH rated wheels were in no danger.
