This 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado (chassis 39687M522040) is described as a largely original example with 59k and change miles from new, the ad further noting a recent, trouble-free, 2,000 mile round trip as well as a first place finish at a local car show. These first year cars are arguably the best looking built, and this particular example is easily one of the nicest-looking we've seen in some time. Like Retromobile in France, the Techno Classica Essen in Germany is one of the world's great classic auto events. Described on its official website as a "world show for vintage, classic and prestige automobiles, motorsport, motorcycles, spare parts and restoration", we've been planning a visit for many years but just haven't gotten around to it yet.
