This 1989 Volvo 240 wagon (VIN YV1AX8851K1822201) has been heavily modified and looks great, the seller noting that car served as a prototype test bed for noted Portland-based Volvo tuner R-Sport International. We love the idea of a clean appliance white over blue cloth longroof 240 packing more than 400 RWHP, and the fact that this one retains Volvo power makes it especially cool. Based on a Plymouth Volaré, the Sierra retains many of the Plymouth's parts like dash switches, pedals, shifter, and most notably the 318 LA V8-at least it's not a Slant Six. The car isn't shown in full detail but it is in excellent condition and does appear to be a general improvement over its standard late 1970s Plymouth counterpart. Find it here on ClassicDriver in Switzerland for $80k. Special thanks to BaT reader Kyle K. for this submission.
