V8 Swapped 1954 Jaguar XK120

Nutty-Cat-V8-Swapped-1954-Jaguar-XK120-Roadster-for-sale-Three-Quarter

This Jaguar XK120 (chassis 676162) was repainted at some point in weird pistachio green and has also had its straight six swapped out for a Chevrolet small block V8–period race history is also rumored, but the seller admits to having no way to confirm this. Offered as a non-running project, it's been in storage since 1982. It might be a nightmare for purists but we're loving this one. Find it here on eBay in El Cajon, California with no reserve and fast bidding.

300% More Power: Subaru Swapped 1972 Fiat 500

5x-the-Horsepower-Subaru-Swapped-1972-Fiat-500-for-sale-Right-Profile

This 1972 Fiat 500 (chassis F1AT110F2975548) wears what the seller calls a “long term and high dollar” rebuild, though its main attraction is a swapped in Subaru flat-four and 5-speed gearbox. Sadly, only a few photos are provided, however from what is shown it looks fairly well done. Find it here on eBay in Hialeah, Florida with a $21,500 BIN. Special thanks to BaT reader Goodman's for this submission.

Chassis 001: 1996 Subaru Impreza WRC

1996 Subaru Impreza WRC 97

This 1996 Subaru Impreza WRC (Chassis PR0WRC97001) is the first Impreza built for the new-for-97 World Rally Championship rules. This chassis was the primary development car for Prodrive-Subaru’s 1997 WRC effort, and was driven by Colin McRae and Prodrive’s other drivers. These two door Imprezas are probably the most iconic rally cars of the era, and this one is the real deal. Find it here on H&H Classic Auctions who are offering as lot 112 at their Imperial War Museum Duxford sale on October 14th.

Tired But Salvageable: 1964 Ford C550 Car Hauler

1964 Ford C550 Hauler

This 1964 Ford C550 (chassis C55BU523901) runs a Chevy V8/auto combo and is capable of being driven, the seller mentioning a recent 90 mile trip. Paint is tired, corrosion is present and both the engine and brakes need work, but these old pug-nosed Fords are cool and the flatbed configuration could make for a great vintage race car tow rig. Find it here on eBay in Elkhorn, Nebraska with a $7,500 BIN.
