Maddest Hatch: 2004 Renault Clio V6 Phase 2
This 2004 Renault Clio V6 is said to be completely standard with just 29k miles from new. The spiritual successor to the legendary 5 Turbo, these mid-engined hot hatches are about as wide as they are long and look like nothing else on the road. Though famously tricky at the limit, these Phase 2 cars are much improved over earlier models and are reportedly excellent to drive. Find this one here on eBay in Preston, Lancashire, England for 19,950 GBP (~$30,280 USD today).
Monterey Veteran: 1955 Chevrolet Corvette Race Car
This 1955 Chevrolet Corvette (chassis VE555001196) is a race-prepped example of the first year of V8 Corvette production. Invited to the Monterey Historics numerous times, this car is said to often be the fastest production-based racer in its class, even surrounded by specials and one-offs. Though not raced when new, this attractive and competitive tribute looks like a very good entry into historic racing. Find it here on eBay in Bellflower, California for $95k OBO.
400HP & FWD: 1970 Oldsmobile Toronado GT W34

Described as an excellent road car, it appears to have been very well maintained especially for an example of a much lesser seen body style. Find it here on eBay in Marquette, Michigan with reserve not met.
