Ditch the Overriders: Unrestored 1974 MGB
This 1974 MGB is fitted with some unfortunate rubber overriders, but is in largely impressive condition inside and out with 65k claimed miles. The 70s were not kind to the handsome MGB, and mid-1974 a number of changes spoiled both looks and handling. This early 74 model avoids most of those issues, and fortunately overriders should be easy to remove. Find it here on Craigslist somewhere in Delaware for $12,500. Special thanks to BaT reader Damon W. for this submission.
Sharp Twin Cam: Original Paint 1974 Lotus Europa
This 1974 Lotus Europa twin cam (chassis 10/73-4056R) wears its original paint and runs a rebuilt engine with upgraded Weber carbs for an estimated 130 or so horsepower. The seller says it’s been fun and dependable over their 11 years of ownership, and photos show what appear to be a very well-looked after little breadvan. Find it here on Craigslist in Lake Oswego, Oregon for $26k. Special thanks to BaT reader Jerry H. for this submission.
Aluminum Bodied 1953 Jaguar C-type Replica
This 1953 Jaguar C-type (chassis J65P1B76000BW) is an aluminum-bodied replica based on later model Jaguar underpinnings, including a 4.2 liter XK straight six. While not wholly true to the originals, the car features E-type front suspension, and the lovely shape and fundamental character are spot-on. Find it here on eBay in Saint Louis, Missouri with a $124,900 BIN.
Rare 5-Speed w/ 20K Miles: 1993 Lexus SC300
This 1993 Lexus SC300 is a rare 5-speed manual transmission-equipped car that’s said to have only 19k and change miles from new. The seller says that it looks, drives, feels and smells like a new car, and though we can’t vouch for its scent or mechanicals, the car does look very well-preserved in photos. Find it here on Craigslist in Huntington Beach, California with a price ranging from $14,900 to $15,500 depending on suspension options.
