No Reserve 6-Speed: 1998 Ferrari F355 GTS w/ Repaired Dash Fire Damage
This 1998 Ferrari 355 GTS (VIN ZFFXR42A9W0110542) carries a rebuilt title thanks to a dash fire, though damage was repaired shortly afterward. Described as a "true driver," the car sees action at least twice monthly and has ~29k miles, with the factory recommended 30k mile service having been taken care of preemptively. Aftermarket wheels aren't ideal, but these are arguably the best looking and sounding V8 Ferraris ever built, and with a proper 6-speed and Targa top, this one seems to have a lot going for it despite the title issue. Find it here on eBay in Jeffersonville, Indiana with no reserve.
Willow Green Runner: 1969 Jaguar E-type S2 FHC Project
This 1969 Jaguar E-type FHC (chassis 1R26433) is a claimed rust free, A/C equipped car with a 4-speed and 74k miles. Described as a “barn find,” it’s further said to run and drive well, and has had numerous new driveline parts installed. While the transmission and clutch are described as excellent, mild smoking is thought to stem from worn valve guide seals. Cosmetics are pleasingly shabby, and with electrics and mechanicals properly sorted, the car could easily be enjoyed as-is for a refreshing break from all the over-restored garage queens out there. Find it here on eBay in Asbury Park, New Jersey with reserve not met.
Just Like the Brochure: 1970 Cadillac DeVille Convertible
This 1970 Cadillac De Ville convertible is offered due to a lack of storage space, and is described as an excellent driver with presentable cosmetics. Surely its near 20 foot length isn’t to blame for the lack of adequate parking. A working power top and good seal against the header rail are pluses, however the car still shows room for improvement with some general wear and inop A/C. Find it here on eBay in Mesquite, Texas with no reserve.
Authentic 1940’s Build: 1927 Ford Model T Racer
This 1927 Ford Model T is claimed to be an original race car from the 1940’s, and as such, the car displays quite a bit of honest, hard-won patina. Said to start, run and drive well, it now wears new tires and freshly painted wheels, as it just competed in an unspecified hill climb–perhaps this one? Very much a pre-war “gow job,” the car is powered by a banger four-cylinder backed by a 3-speed transmission. Find it here on eBay in Fort Collins, Colorado with reserve not met.
