One of 263: 1974 Holden Torana SL/R 5000 L34 in New England
This 1974 Holden Torana SL/R 5000 is one of 263 L34 optioned cars built for Australian Touring Car homologation. The seller says the car is fully matching-numbers, adding that it’s received a high quality, bare metal restoration. The car packs a race-bred, 350 HP 5.0 liter V8 and 4-speed manual, not to mention factory bolt-on fender flares and a limited slip diff. It looks fantastic, and lifetime mileage is low at a claimed 96k kilometers. Find it here on eBay in Charlestown, Massachusetts with reserve not met. Special thanks to BaT reader Edison M. for this submission.
25K Mile Martini Edition: 1977 Porsche 924
This 1977 Porsche 924 (chassis 9247211279) is a somewhat rare Martini limited edition example that’s reported to be in “like new” condition with just ~25k miles. The listing doesn’t offer any details as to the car’s history and doesn’t say much about recent maintenance, but based on photos, it looks to be quite well preserved, with only light signs of use in accordance with the quoted mileage. Find it here on Craigslist in Kenmore, Washington for $9k.
Shin Yoshikawa’s Car: Restored 1963 Lotus Elite
This 1963 Lotus Elite (chassis 1305) has belonged to legendary automotive cutaway artist Shin Yoshikawa for the past 35 years, the ad further noting a 1980’s restoration that appears to be holding up beautifully. Hard details are somewhat limited, but the further ad claims excellent overall condition as well as lots of unspecified documentation. Find it here on eBay in Encino, California for $139k OBO. Special thanks to BaT reader Rob D. for this submission.
Extremely Well Preserved: 1991 Honda Civic Si
This 1991 Honda Civic remains almost entirely original inside and out, apart from a few tasteful, functional upgrades like Bilstein and Eibach equipped suspension, a DC Sports stainless header, Spoon shock tower bars, and a JDM SiR spec rear wing. Mechanicals sounds to be excellent, and though it looks great, the seller and second owner claims that photos don’t do it justice. Find it here on Honda Tech in central Ohio for $7,900. Special thanks to BaT reader Chris K. for this submission.
