"@SvntSvn You mention that the only bells that this car will ring are for the seller/BAT. They will ring for BAT if it sells. It's what they do and do VERY well. Just look at the comments and watchers of this auction. It is remarkable and with all due respect, BAT probably has the single most knowledgeable audience in the world. But PLEASE.......do NOT assume that the cash register will be ringing for me! How do you know what I paid for the car? I think this audience tends to put dealers all in the same category.
That would be the same as me saying that ALL the BAT bidders and watchers are the same.
There are dealers that I meet that I have to count my fingers after I shake their hand. There are others that are in this business ( hobby ) for entirely different reasons.
I am proud to say that I get that same adrenalin rush when I walk into my warehouse as I did the first time I saw an Austin Healey 3000 back in 1962.
