"As a very long term Oldsmobile employee, from what I can see on this paperwork trail, the car was originally shipped to the Chicago Oldsmobile Zone Office. Their Dealer Code was 10-010. It was most likely used as a company driver for one our field personnel and then sold as a 'Brass Hat' to Hansel Knowling in Fullerton. It would have been highly unusual for a company driver to land in Chicago and be sold in Los Angeles (local Dealers fought to get every 'Brass Hat' they could). It…"
