"In college, I worked behind the counter in a deli. One day, the fancy espresso machine needed repair. While the service guy had his back to me and was up to his elbows in odd looking parts, I suggested that the problem could easily be the di-thermo relay flange. Without the slightest hesitation, he dryly said it was more likely a failed amalgamator valve. I'll never forget it."
