"Was working for Ford Motor Credit back then. On this day a crew of three from our office were on a Ford dealership lot doing an audit by checking every vin number of every car. Goal is to be sure all vehicles floor planned with us were there and if not had the car had been paid off by the dealership. It is a painstaking process and takes up to 6hrs+ and has to be completed. Kept going by the TV in their waiting room and witnessing the horrific images but not really knowing what was going on…"
