"I bought one of these about 11 years ago as a disassembled project from the widow of the 2nd owner. They are very interesting vehicles. The SS 427 doesn't have any Impala badges anywhere on the car and in 1968 the VIN tag didn't have all of the car specific information. Her husband had collected a lot of the info on the car from day 1 including articles and pictures from new.
