"Worked at Scottsdale Ferrari in the 90's. We found two Daytona Spyder's in an airplane hangar in Mexico. One orange, one was chocolate brown metallic. Both had the same color interior as this one. One had 3,500 miles, the other had 1,800 miles. Yes, they were legit Spyders.
The owner kept talking about stripping them to paint them red. I am unsure if he did but thinking about it makes me sad. From what I was able to find, only 2 were built in orange and 2 in brown. Sure hope they were…"
