One of 21: Like New 1992 Venturi 200
This 1992 Venturi 200 is described as one of just 21 built, an easily believable figure based on the accomplished but virtually unknown French manufacturer’s extremely limited output–exact figures are unknown, but total production for all model variants is thought to have not exceeded 600 units during their 15 year history. This one is said to be in “A1, as-new” condition with just 22k kilometers. Light and compact with an emphasis on ride and handling, these cars were generally regarded by the press as better-handling, better-built Esprit rivals, and this one does indeed appear to be in outstanding condition. Last of the Straight Eights: 1952 Buick Roadmaster Estate
This 1952 Buick Roadmaster Estate wagon is claimed to be one of less than 400 built, and looks very elegant in Golden Sand Metallic with real wood accents over saddle leather. Metal and wood are described as rust and rot-free, respectively, and an older restoration shows just enough light wear to give the car a lovely warmth that suits it very well. Excluding the Special, ’52 was the last year for Buick’s long-serving and once-signature straight-eight, and this example is said to be in excellent running condition. Find it here on eBay in Collierville, Tennessee with reserve not met.
Twin Turbo Busso Three Liter: 1984 Alfa Romeo Spider
This 1984 Alfa Romeo Spider has been with the seller for 25 years, and more recently fitted with a custom-built twin turbo Busso V6 that’s estimated to be making just north of 300 HP. The custom bodywork and wheels won’t be to everyone’s taste, but we dig the creative swap. and the seller says that the car is quick and comfortable, adding that “it’s not for the purist, nor the faint of heart.” Sounds fun. Rotorbike Part Two: Low Mileage 1976 Suzuki RE5
This 1976 Suzuki RE5 is the second rotary-powered bike featured this week, following yesterday’s impressive and all-original Hercules W-2000 from the same year. Following 32 years in dark indoors storage, this one sounds to be in similar condition with similarly low mileage (~3,700), though the seller does note some light restoration work. Described as fully functional and strong running, it looks to be in very nice shape. Find it here on eBay in Dayton, Ohio with a $9,750 BIN.
