Bring a Trailer Daily Mail

This 1957 Byers SR100 was bought by the seller 20 years ago while on the search for a Devin, and was restored in 2007 with mild upgrades to improve driver feedback and safety. The car sits on its original 1940 Ford frame, and runs the Cadillac 365-inch V8 that was used as part of the original build. A Road & Track cover in 1957 highlighted the SR100 (discussed here on Forgotten Fiberglass), indicating it may be the "World's Most Beautiful Sports Car". Find this one here on Hemmings in Littleton, Colorado for $125k.

See it here on Craigslist in Florida for the same $20k

These three Toyota Sports 800's are all listed on one of our favorite sources for finding interesting Japanese market used cars, the weirdly titled goo-net-exchange. It's a massive site and can be quite frustrating to use, but is unparalleled for the glimpse it gives into a huge and varied classic car market rarely seen outside of Japan. We've featured a few of these rare and mechanically intriguing machines before, and as Toyota's first production sports car they're quickly becoming very valuable in the wake of their big brother 2000GT hitting the seven figure big leagues. Find three interesting examples all through individual links posted below.
