While not one of the real first 25, if the paperwork holds that Alois and his team really assembled this one, we'd call it real enough. As far as we are concerned, Urban Outlaw and Singer builds play a very distant second fiddle to the Yellowbirds, so it is absurd that people pay much more for those.
