Bring a Trailer Daily Mail

This This 1955 Chrysler 300 (chassis 3N551001) is claimed to be the very first regular production model ever built. Just pulled from 30 plus years of storage a few days ago, the car has known history with a noted marque collector who parked it in 1984. Now offered as part of his estate, the ad includes a few tantalizing pieces of supporting evidence such as a legitimate looking chassis tag, magazine article clippings and Chrysler-supplied historical records on duplicated microfiche. Find it here on eBay in Sevierville, Tennessee.

"Hi BaT,
After traveling 3.5 weeks by Greek container, the BaT Auction Peugeot 504 finally landed on US soil. Initial anxiety over its condition quickly subsided when I began attaching my tie-down straps; the underside was better than factory-new and just like the seller's photos. Ditto the engine.

Anticipation was building over exactly how it would drive. I had never driven a Peugeot or anything powered by the not-universally-loved PRV V-6. Again expectations were exceeded … the thing has very respectable punch and an enlivening engine note. It pulls strong, tracks straight, and offers quick turn-in. Love the unconventional but useful design traits: a gated light switch stalk on the left and combo turn signal / horn stalk on the right. No complaints here, except I'm using an airline pillow to keep from sinking too low in the original seat cushion.

Coincidentally, as with the seller this car will also share a home with a gold Alfa Montreal. Thanks BAT and Alex V!

This 1970 Porsche 914-6 sounds like a nice driver despite a few issues like a non-factory color respray, clear lenses, over-polished wheels and a handful of other relatively minor and correctable details. Said to retain its original, rebuilt, matching-numbers 2.0L flat six, the seller adds that it runs and drives very well with excellent power and sorted, tight suspension. Find it here on Craigslist in Sonoma, California for $58,500 OBO.

This 1966 De Tomaso Vallelunga (chassis 4236620) is offered on behalf of its third owner, and though now in need of a thorough recommissioning, it also looks to be in complete and decent, restorable condition. De Tomaso's first road car, less than 60 were built between 1964 and '68, their rarity underscored by the fact this is only the third example we've ever featured during eight years and nearly 14,000 stories. Find it here at Artcurial in Paris, France where it is expected to fetch between 220k-280k euros (~$245k-$311k today) when auctioned as lot 65 on June 22nd, 2015. Special thanks to BaT reader Kyle K. for this submission.
