This 1968 Citroen 2CV (chassis 7180689) has been widened and dropped over a lengthened '86 Suzuki Samurai chassis with SBC power. The seller calls it a labor of love, quoting over $30k in parts and labor. We love the idea, and appreciate that both build and engineering quality appear to be quite decent. This Triumph TR250 (chassis CD7947L) had some mechanical refurbishment 385 miles ago and the seller says that it is a turn-key driver. We liek the 6-cylinder power and the nose stripe on these 250s, and this one looks like a presentable driver quality car that could be further improved or just driven. This just in from the buyer of the Austin Mini race car that we featured last week (link). The Buy-It-Now was clicked 65 minutes after the car went out to the masses on the BaT Daily email on Monday.
