Ruf Toothpaste: 1989 Porsche 911 RCT Evo
This 1989 Porsche 911 (VIN WP0AB0962KS450925) was factory converted to RCT Evo spec in 1998 with a 425 HP, turbocharged 3.6 and 6-speed along with Ruf brakes, suspension and appearance upgrades. Further modified later on, it’s since been repainted this mint green, converted to RWD, received a 6-speed swap and more. Find it here on eBay in Dallas, Texas for $123,900 OBO. First Year Front Driver: 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado
This 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado (chassis 396876M515817) is a claimed strong running example with the Super Rocket 425ci V8. These first generation E-platform cars are some of the most striking to come out of General Motors design in that decade, and are packed with innovative tech to boot. This sharp looking example received a thorough restoration back in 2002, and has been well cared for and garaged by the seller since then. Find it here on eBay in Malibu, California for $19k OBO.
Maumee Maize: Restored 1949 Packard Deluxe Eight
This 1949 Packard Deluxe Eight (chassis 2265915510) is a restored, 54k mile example of the marque’s first postwar car. Bodied by Briggs and based on the preceding Clipper, these fastbacks are a massive presence on the road, and the seller promises this one is a driver. Still fitted with its original L-head straight eight, the car looks very good in photos and we even like its cream yellow color. Find it here on eBay in Riverside, Illinois with reserve not met.
No Reserve: 19K Mile 1985 ASC McLaren Mercury Capri RS
This 1985 ASC McLaren Mercury Capri RS (VIN 1MEBP79M5FF614999) is an 19k mile example of one of the rarest of all Fox Bodies. When new, this was the quickest car the Ford Motor Company made. A far cry from the typical four eyed early Fox, this Mercury is a quirky and nicely preserved delight. Find it here on eBay in Raymore, Missouri with no reserve.
