One of 225 for the USA: 51K Mile 1994 BMW 850 CSi
This 1994 BMW 850CSi (VIN WBSEG9324RCD00053) is said to be one of only 225 exported to the US. These range-topping CSi’s are particularly desirable for their higher-output 375 HP V12, 6-speed manual gearbox, subtly reshaped fascias, throwing star wheels and other upgrades. This one is said to have only 51k miles and looks very well-kept throughout. Find it here on eBay in Nashville, Tennessee with a $48k BIN. Special thanks to BaT reader Lucas H. for this submission.
4-Speed Swapped 1969 Chevrolet Townsman
This 1969 Chevrolet Townsman has been converted to a four-on-the-floor and features a number of other mild mechanical upgrades and replacements. Powered by a 327, it’s said to be capable of daily driving and offers more space than most modern SUVs in back. Find it here on eBay in Canton, Ohio with no reserve beyond an unmet $10,995 starting bid. Special thanks to BaT reader Chad R. for this submission.
350 HP Per Ton Plus: Audi Turbo Swapped 1971 Lotus Europa
This 1971 Lotus Europa runs 290 HP Audi 1.8 liter 20V turbo four in place of its original and much less powerful Renault engine. The resultant power-to-weight ratio is probably pretty close to 400 HP per ton, and installation looks to have been done well. Find it here on eBay in Wroclaw, Poland for 46k euros (~$50,500 USD today).
Rare Binz Covnersion: 1959 Mercedes Benz 190B Estate Project
This 1959 Mercedes Benz 190B (chassis A121002109500020, Binz tag 1527) is one of just 349 W121 wagons converted by Binz. Though partially disassembled, this car is said to be a complete but stalled restoration project. Built by either Binz or Meisen on W120 and W121 chassis, these wagons are exceedingly rare in any condition today as production was quite limited when new. Find this one here on eBay in Branford, Connecticut with no reserve. Special thanks to BaT reader Kyle K. for this submission.
