Made in Compton: Super Rare 1956 Powell Pick-Up
This 1956 Powell pick-up is only the second of its kind we’ve featured. Built with a 1941 Plymouth frame and drivetrain, these trucks were somewhat out of date even when new. Made in Compton, California, around 1,200 of these pick-ups were built alongside wagons, scooters and even a few motorhomes. Find this one here on Craigslist in Hoover, Alabama for $10,500.
Low Mile Manual: 1982 Ferrari 400i
This 1982 Ferrari 400i (VIN F101CL69425) is offered with the desirable and rare 5-speed manual transmission and just over 28k miles. A period-imported Euro market converted to US spec under gray market conditions, the car looks well-kept and wears good colors How much longer will these be relatively attainable? Rare 5-Speed: High Mileage 1991 Audi V8 Quattro
This 1991 Audi V8 Quattro (VIN WAUKE54C3MN001743) is a rare 5-speed manual version that looks to be in decent condition despite 182k miles. These big sedans saw competition in the DTM series in the early 90s, with a large degree of success against the E30 M3, 190E Evo and even the odd Ford Mustang. Minervablau 5-Speed: 1979 Porsche 928
This 1979 Porsche 928 (chassis 9289101594) is an early German market example with Pasha upholstery, single exterior mirror and a 5-speed manual transmission. Said to have just under 38k kilometers from new, the car looks and sounds to be in very good condition and is confirmed as matching-numbers by an included Porsche Certificate of Authenticity. Find it here on Classic Driver somewhere in Germany for $100k USD.
