Wide Bodied & Hammer Powered: 1990 Mercedes Benz AMG 560SEC 6.0
This 1990 Mercedes Benz AMG 560SEC 6.0 (VIN WDB1260451A508313) is an extreme version of the marque’s flagship coupe built by AMG for the Japanese market. This muscular take on the standard coupe might not be restrained or subtle, but with a 6.0 liter, quad cam, 32 valve kick it doesn’t need to be. Find it here on eBay in San Diego, California for $139k OBO. Special thanks to BaT reader Kyle K. for this submission.
Rare K: 39K Mile 1986 Dodge Shelby Charger
This 1986 Dodge Shelby Charger is a rare find today–though we’re unable to find agreed-upon production numbers, relatively few were built over a 4 1/2 year production run ending in 1987. The seller says this one has 39k original miles, and further claims that its previous two owners where Chrysler execs. Find it here on Craigslist in Westland, Michigan for $5,800. Special thanks to BaT reader Chaz H. for this submission.
Woody Project: 1949 Dodge Coronet
This 1949 Dodge Coronet wagon (chassis D308H1528) is said to be one of 800 built that year. It's sold as a project missing the top end of its engine and there's also some corrosion present in the floors and sills. Otherwise the car looks pretty well preserved and wears a cool patina–definitely worth rescuing. Find it here on eBay in San Diego, California for $16,500 OBO.
Semi-Daily Driver: 1965 Fiat 1500 Berlina
This 1965 Fiat 1500 Berlina was purchased by the seller in 2011 while stationed in Italy, and was brought Stateside in 2014. The seller says that it was used as a daily driver during their time overseas, adding that it’s still driven to work a few days each week. Find it here on Craigslist in El Centro, California for $8,500. Special thanks to BaT reader Ron L. for this submission.
