Number 425 of 500: 33K Mile 1986 Dodge Omni GLHS
This 1986 Dodge Omni GLHS is said to be very original and looks much better than most we come across. 33k miles are claimed, and the car sounds to be in excellent, nearly all-stock condition. With an upgraded turbo and fuel system as well as the addition of an intercooler, these “S” models went beyond the performance of the Omni GLH by producing 175 HP, nearly 30 more than non-S models and enough for sub-seven second 0-60 sprints. This one, car #425 of 500, comes with all original documentation including an owner’s manual signed by Shelby himself. Find it here on Craigslist in Tucson, Arizona for $15k OBO.
Euro 4-Speed: 39K Mile 1983 Mercedes Benz 230TE
This 1983 Mercedes Benz 230TE Wagon (VIN WDB1232831F009724) is claimed to be a one-owner, unrestored example with just under 39k documented miles from new. Further said to be garage-kept, this nicely-optioned Euro-spec version is a sought-after model that doesn’t pop up too frequently in this original condition. The seller says that the car recently received a thorough service and is now road-ready. Find it here on eBay in Avenel, New Jersey with no reserve.
Too Pretty: Concours Winning 1962 Lotus Super Seven
This 1962 Lotus Super Seven (chassis SB1308) has been restored using NOS parts wherever possible, and looks incredible in photos. A factory-built (as opposed to kit-assembled) car, it’s just won a gold trophy at a local concours, and the seller’s claims of show-readiness certainly are reflected in photos. We’d enjoy driving it more than racking up trophies, but the opportunity to see one in such fresh condition is pretty special regardless. Find it here on Craigslist in Jacksonville, Florida for $43,900. Special thanks to BaT reader Baron for this submission.
Tropic Turquoise: Nicely Restored 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado
This 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado is one of the prettiest we’ve seen, presented in what appears to be beautiful condition with a lovely, infrequently seen OEM color. Motor Trend’s Car of the Year in 66, these cars packed engineering, refinement, power and good looks into one package. With just over 66k miles on the odometer, no rust, and painted in Tropic Turquoise over matching vinyl, this is the one to have. Find it here on Hemmings in Tecumseh, Michigan for $25k negotiable.
