Heartbeat of (South) America: Brazilian Market 1972 Chevrolet C-10
This 1972 Chevrolet C-10 is a Brazilian domestic variant that shares little with its contemporary US counterpart beyond the name. Also available as a Suburban-style model called the Veraneio, these trucks are both smaller and styled very differently from those built and sold Stateside. Unfortunately offered with little solid info, the truck appears to have been restored at some point and is described by the seller as "perfect." Find it here on eBay in Miami, Florida with reserve not met.
Restored Arktisblau 1973 BMW 2002tii w/ No Reserve
This 1973 BMW 2002tii (chassis 2764444) wears a five year old restoration that included a bare metal respray. There’s no word if Arktisblau Metallic is the original color, but it does suit the car well. Said to start up easily and run well with a smooth-shifting 4-speed, there are a few electrical gremlins to sort out, but otherwise this one doesn’t sound to be in need of much. Find it here on eBay in Santa Ana, California with no reserve.
$99 Starting Bid & No Reserve: 1982 Citroen 2CV6 Charleston in California
This 1982 Citroen 2CV6 (VIN 150Z8402) is a Charleston two-tone color package-equipped example with 32k and change kilometers showing on its Veglia odometer. Despite the seller’s description, these models are neither early production nor very rare, though it is unusual to find one in such nicely preserved condition, especially here in the US. Find this one here on eBay in Palm Desert, California with no reserve and bidding starting at $99.
Street & Track Build: 331/5-Speed 1967 Mercury Cougar Restomod
This 1967 Mercury Cougar Dan Gurney Special (VIN 7F91C631803) has undergone a ground up rebuild, with “every system upgraded with an eye toward performance and possibly vintage racing.” The car looks unexpectedly good in modern GMC Cyber Gray metallic and packs a well-built sounding SBF, a 5-speed, four wheel discs, upgraded suspension and more. Find it here on Hemmings in Onancock, Virginia for $31,500 OBO.
