Backwards Into a Fence: $45K 1987 Ferrari 328 GTS

Ferrari 328 GTS | eBay

This 1987 Ferrari 328 GTS (VIN ZFFXA20A7H0073055) is offered on a salvage title following a spin into a fence. The seller describes it losing control around a cold winter corner, and judging by how most damage appears to have been incurred at the back, it’s safe to assume that some oversteer may have been involved. Says the seller: “The driver side rear wheel took most of the force and bent a control arm and the sub frame. The control arm has been replaced and the frame has been carefully pulled back out into spec.” They add that the car drives straight now, with “perfect” mechanicals–apparently a timing belt change was performed only 60 miles back at about 39,600 total. The interior still looks decent, but damage may have been more extensive than initial impressions suggest–check out the driver’s door fit. Find it here on eBay in Lexington, Kentucky for $45k OBO.

Mostly Original G: 1961 Chrysler 300 w/ Cross-Ram Dual Quad 413

61 300 G

This 1961 Chrysler 300 G is described by the seller as one of just 1,280 built for the model year, who further claims that factory fit A/C examples (such as this one) represented only about 10% of that figure. A claimed two owner, lifelong California car, it retains its factory 375 HP, 413ci V8 with Mopar’s fantastic “cross-ram” dual quad setup, as well as its original leather interior. Paint has been resprayed once, but otherwise the car sounds to be nicely preserved. Find it here on eBay in Norco, California with reserve not met.

Mini Moke-Based One-Make Racer: Mooncraft Moke Sport

Mini Moon Craft Moke Sports

This Mooncraft Moke Sport is a very unusual, Japanese-built, Mini Moke-based sports car/track machine, of which the seller reports about ~20 built in the early 1990’s. Mechanicals are described as all stock Moke, hiding underneath what the ad calls a high-quality fiberglass body. Reportedly designed by a race engineer with experience in F3000 and Mazda Le Mans prototype chassis development, the seller adds that all Moke Sports were initially constructed for a one-make race series–what a sight that would have been. This one has only 710km, is ready to drive, and is reportedly eligible for street registration as well. Find it here on here on Craigslist in Fountain Valley, California for $46,500. 55 Flat Out: 302 Swapped 1952 Ford 8N Tractor

Ford Other N Tractor V8 55 MPH No Reserve | eBay

This 1952 Ford 8N tractor has had its original, low-HP four-cylinder swapped for a straight-piped 302ci V8. On offer by the same seller as a similar ’49 flathead V8-swapped example featured here late last year, this one should be quite a bit more powerful, though gearing will restrict them both to an almost-certainly-lethal 55 MPH. Said to run and drive very well, it’s currently setup for parade duty, but is reportedly modeled after period-modified tractors that served as airport tugs. Build quality and attention to detail looks excellent throughout, but we wouldn’t get anywhere near it without a ROPS and a five-point harness. Find it here on eBay in Ocean View, Delaware with no reserve. Special thanks to BaT reader Gene O. for this submission.
