Fire Roasted Project: Engineless 1971 Lamborghini Espada SII
This 1971 Lamborghini Espada (chassis 8432) as put out of commission by an engine fire, and though largely complete otherwise, it’s now missing the original V12 and gearbox. The car does show rust and will need the interior largely redone, but we agree with the seller that it still has too much potential to scrap. Lambo V12’s aren’t exactly easy to come by, but any number of Detroit V8’s would fit nicely. Find it here on eBay in Troy, Michigan with no reserve beyond an unmet $7k starting bid.
Three/Four/Five: 1998 BMW M3 Sedan
This 1998 BMW M3 (VIN WBSCD9323WEE07286) is a rare and sought after “3/4/5” example, those numbers referring to the door count and 5-speed manual transmission–most sedans seem to have been fitted with automatics. The car looks well very well kept, and modifications are limited to an illuminated ZHP shift knob–the OEM item is included, along with lots of original documentation and accessories. Find it here on eBay in Reseda, California with no reserve.
Factory Paint: 1973 Alfa Romeo Giulia Super 1.3
This 1973 Alfa Romeo Giulia Super 1.3 (chassis AR3324318) was originally bought new in its native Italy, and sale includes all records from day one. The engine and gearbox are both said to have been rebuilt less than 11k kilometers back, and the wild paint is actually claimed to be factory original. The car retains its original plates, and condition looks good inside, out, and underneath. Find it here on eBay in Naples, Florida with reserve not met.
One of 700: 49K Mile 1981 Fiat 124 Spider Turbo
This 1981 Fiat 124 Spider (VIN ZFAAS00B1B8186188) is a rare Turbo model, one of 700 built for the US market via a partnership between Fiat USA and an outside supplier, East Coast-based Legend Industries. This example shows only ~49k believed original miles on the odometer, and condition seems to be excellent–even with the late production DOT bumpers, the car is very nice. Find it here on eBay in Dennis, Massachusetts with reserve not met.
