Turbo Sleeper: 1987 Plymouth Reliant K Wagon
This 1987 Plymouth Reliant K (VIN 1P3BP39K4HF143360) appears to be preserved in the kind of well cared for condition that was nearly impossible to find even a decade ago, with the seller claiming no rust and original paint. It looks like a typical 80’s suburban mom-mobile, but packs a 2.2 liter turbo four pulled from a LeBaron GTS, the same car’s four wheel discs, poly bushings, sway bars and a few other low-key tricks. These turbo K cars can be made to go ridiculously fast, and even in a relatively low state of tune, this one should be more than capable of surprising performance. Recently Retired: 1977 Buick Electra Six-Door
This 1977 Buick Electra is an unusual six-door service car that’s freshly retired from the funeral home which purchased it new. As you’d expect of a recently working professional service car, it’s very clean inside and out, and the seller claims just 38k and change original miles. One of 10 in LHD: Restored 1966 Jensen C-V8 MkII
This 1966 Jensen C-V8 MkII has been thoroughly restored with no expense spared according to the seller, with work including refurbishment or replacement of every component. The car’s matching-numbers 383ci Chrysler V8 has been punched out to 420ci, and its fiberglass and aluminum bodywork looks fantastic. Only 500 of these powerful GT cars were ever built, a number that dwindles to 10 for factory LHD examples like this one. Find it here on Hemmings in Hamburg, Germany for $138k USD. 7400 Miles: 1984 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 5-Speed
This 1984 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 (VIN 1G1AP87G1EL224779) is a rare 5-speed example that’s said to be entirely original apart from a replacement battery. It looks virtually new in photos, and the odometer reads just 7,403 claimed accurate miles. We’ve seen a few low mile third gen Camaros lately, but this one’s spec, colors and condition set it apart.
