One of Nine: 1977 Porsche 924 DP Cargo

This car started life as a 1977 Porsche 924 (chassis 9247100712), but was converted by German tuning firm DP in 1986. Work included fitment of their so-called Cargo shooting brake bodywork, as well as a Zuffenhausen factory 944 nose. Underneath, mechanicals were upgraded to 924 Turbo spec, including engine, transaxle, brakes and five-lug hubs. According to the seller, it’s been in Stockholm from new, and though in good running condition, could use some unspecified TLC. Find it here on Gmund Cars for 26k GBP (~$31,800 USD today). Special thanks to BaT reader Ryan C. for this submission.

One of 511 Factory Shooting Brakes: 1976 Jensen GT

a

This 1976 Jensen GT is a rare, factory built shooting brake version of the standard Jensen-Healey. One of just 511 made before the company went under, this example is from the last of a two-year production run, likely meaning it’s one of the last Jensens ever made. The seller believes that the car remains all original apart from an older respray, and though not 100% clear, it also sounds to be running, despite being photographed on a trailer. Find it here on Craigslist in Vallejo, California for $8,300 OBO. Special thanks to BaT reader Gordini for this submission.

Spare Drivetrain Included: 1971 Simca 1204 Project

This 1971 Simca 1204 is a rarity in the US, where Chrysler imported relatively small numbers to compete with VW and other emerging compacts, both foreign and domestic. The seller says it was restored in 2002, but last on the road in 2006, and as a result it now needs a bit of work, including rebuilds of master and slave cylinders for both brakes and the clutch. Cosmetics look to be in decent driver condition, but restoring the dash pad and having the seats reupholstered would probably elevate it a few levels. Find it here on eBay in Cypress, Texas for $10k OBO. Special thanks to BaT reader Kyle K. for this submission.

Wedgewood Blue: 1979 Jeep Wagoneer

1979 Jeep Wagoneer with 72,860 Original Miles

This 1979 Jeep Wagoneer wears what the seller describes as 90-95% original Wedgewood Blue paint, further claiming 72,860 miles from new. Photos don’t show the rear or right side full-frame, but what can be seen looks quite good. There are some issues that will need to be addressed however, including one-year only aluminum bumpers (which are reacting badly with steel bolts), a crease on the right side rear door, ratty headliner and a few other small things. Positives include new brakes, exhaust, and five fresh tires, and the AMC 360 sounds to be in good order as well, the seller noting a recent and successful 400+ mile road trip. Find it here on Craigslist in Bend, Oregon for $12,500. Special thanks to BaT reader Scott S. for this submission.
