All Purpose Caddy: 1973 Cadillac DeVille Caribou Pick-Up
This 1973 Cadillac DeVille was converted to a Caribou pick-up when new by the California-based coachbuilder of the same name, like this previously featured example. Purchased by the seller to haul their motorcycle and described as a readily capable driver, the car wears a few custom touches and has seen an on-the-frame restoration which included a rebuild of the 7.7 liter V8, around five years and 5k miles ago. It looks good, too. Find it here on eBay in Lena, Illinois with reserve not met.
Rusty 283 SBC-Swapped Project: 1955 Borgward Van
This 1955 Borgward van (chassis 8661170) is a seven-passenger van had its original four-cylinder swapped for a Chevy 283 and Powerglide automatic combo many years ago, but doesn’t appear to have moved under its own power in quite some time. Though heavily rusted, the van does appear to be largely complete, and if ever put back on the road, the SBC seems like it’d be a good fit provided it was properly installed to begin with. Find it here on Craigslist in Manchester, Tennessee for $1,600.
