"Nice! My father was an importer of Target 2CVs. They were brand new Citroen 2CVs that were rebadged as kit cars. Many came disassembled and we put them together. Others were whole and perfect. I don't recall why some were complete and some weren't but I was the prep and "make ready" guy that stripped the tar off of them and cleaned them up for customers. I went to the port of Houston to pick up one car and the inspector looked it over thoroughly. He told my Dad, "This is a brand new…"
